On the wedding day we depart and return by boat from Marina Vallarta. Wherever you stay, plan your route to the marina for boarding.
In the heart of Puerto Vallarta — walkable, lively, great restaurants and beach clubs. Closest to the marina.
A bohemian surf town ~1 hr north. Colorful, laid-back, with boutique stays and great street food.
Sayulita's quieter neighbor — slower, charming, and a little more local. Lovely if you want calm.
All of these areas have tons of Airbnbs for every budget. Book early — November is high season.
